We are pleased to announce that all the packages have left our warehouse and are either on their way or have already reached you as I write these words. We hope that you will be just as thrilled and excited with them as we were when we created, managed, and executed this campaign for you, despite encountering a few issues along the way.
ATTENTION! There is a small percentage of backers whose packages we are unable to ship out due to address errors, issues with the survey from BackerKit, etc. If you suspect that something is amiss, you haven't received your package or tracking numbers yet, please DM us here!

Hello Dracologists!
It's time for another update regarding the shipment of your Dracopolis dice. At this point, we have already sent out over half of the packages, and every day more are being dispatched to you. We're super excited to hear that more and more of you have already received your dice and that you love them as much as we do!
We're doing everything in our power to ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible, fully assembled and securely packaged. This process will still take some time, but we're optimistic and the overall progress is going smoothly, considering the significant level of diversity in your orders and the need for individual attention.
We hope that the quality of the dice and everything that comes in the box will make up for the wait!

Hi Dracologists!
Finally, we have an update that you have been asking for. It took a bit longer than we anticipated, for which we apologize, but we are pleased to announce that the first packages are leaving our warehouse. Please note that due to the fact that each order is unique and requires an individual approach, this process may take a little longer. However, all packages should be on their way to you by the end of May. Thank you for your patience and trust. We hope that you will be satisfied with your dice - we are thrilled with them :)

Hello Dracologists,
We have an update regarding your Dracopolis Dice shipment, but unfortunately, it's not the news we were hoping to share. Due to unforeseen issues, we must postpone the shipping process for a few weeks. This means that we will begin shipping your packages in mid-April. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we have been working tirelessly over the past few weeks to resolve these issues. However, we require a little more time to ensure that everything is in order.
Rest assured that the majority of the dice have been painted and are ready to be shipped, along with the freebies and accessories. We will notify you through another update here on Kickstarter as soon as we are ready to begin shipping.

Next phase : credit cards charging and locking your addresses

Hello Dracologists!
As you might have noticed, we started to charge your credit cards. To make it clear, those are only shipping and add-on charges. This process may take a few days to finish.
The important thing is that we will be locking your addresses on Monday 23:59 CET so please be sure to check if everything is up to date there in your Backerkit accounts. This will allow us to move to the next phase of orders fulfillment.
